Jamil is an award winning marketing and brand executive, entrepreneur and community leader. With over 15 years of experience, he has been instrumental in helping to develop brands across multiple areas, including politics, sports and entertainment and the non profit sector. 

Jamil has many notable accomplishments on his resume, including being recognized by Forbes Magazine on their inaugural For(bes) the Culture 50 Champions list; being honored with the Distinguished President’s Award and with the inaugural NULYP Honors from the National Urban League Young Professionals; the National Federation for Just Communities Citation Award; many business and entrepreneurship awards; and was even honored by City of Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, where it was proclaimed that December 10, 2021 would be recognized as ‘Jamil Crews Day’ in the City of Buffalo.
